Hi,

we plan to use the toolkit in our commercial application, and perhaps edit some source code.
The license text speaks from “person”. What is meant by this ? Juristic person or natural person or both?

Yes, person in this context means any individual or legal entity to whom permission is granted by this license.

We are using the bpmn-js framework and need to replace the logo inside, but the license does not allow this, so I would like to consult whether we can purchase authorization, if possible, how much is needed, and I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

License Questions

We do not offer any kind of relicensing agreement at the moment. Get in contact with Camunda sales and request a re-licensing agreement. Without a re-licensing agreement you have to accept the license terms and give proper attribution whenever you want embed our toolkit to display or edit BPMN 2.0 diagrams.
