Add new item to ContextPad

Hi,

Is it possible to add a new ContextPad entry purely for Call Activity elements?
If so, could you provide some steps on how to achieve this.

Customizing the context pad is possible through overriding ContextPadProvider with your own or extending ContextPadProvider. There is an example for that.
