Restriction / rules for bpmn symbol and remove append

i can make custom rule for bpmn symbol with this thread.
is it possible to remove append from symbol ? for example i restrict start event cant connect to end event and it works
but if i click start event i can use append end event

Hi @Hauw_Ric,

you will have to create a custom ContextPadProvider to restrict the append actions for certain elements. Cf. to this forum thread to receive guidance.
