Use custom UI for bpmn contextpad popupmenu

I need to replace the bpmn popupmenu with custom UI using vuejs I have managed to replace the entries in the contextPad and I am looking for a way redesign the menu using Vuejs. Need some help here!

I have managed to use replaceMenuProvider to override the entries in the context pad menu. All am interested now is using vuejs dialog/popup component and style it with my own custom css. I have no idea how I can do that.
