Properties panel dynamic fields

Is it possible to add input fields dynamically base of dropdown select in properties panel?
0…N input fields, with each custom name attribute.
If has any link do any kind of example, that would be nice and i can examinate it for my purpouse.

Example:
click any element → select value from dropdown in properties panel → 0…N custom input fields appended after dropdown.

what problem are you trying to solve with this? It is possible, but we might be able to give you a better alternative if we know more about your use-case.
