How is the use of the pool? Would you recommend? Would job demonstrations be more readable with lanes inside the pool or would it be more readable without the pool?
Pools/participants represent separate independent processes, sometimes organizations depending on your modeling guidelines.
Outside pools coupling is loose with typical communication happening through message exchange. Inside pools work can be seen as being orchestrated. Lanes represent different stakeholders within such a pool.
Whether you want to model your scenario using pools / lanes or a single process really depends on what you’d like to express / which control and/or independence between different actors in a collaboration.
