My custom element render from menuProvider incorrectly

Hello, everyone,
This question confused me for about two weeks. I have created one custom element called “register start event” and I added a custom palette, custom render, and custom menuProvider for it. I have put it in my Sandbox.

When I drag the custom element from the palette panel, it will render correctly.

When I change the element type to my custom element type, it will render incorrectly.

I don’t know why this happened and how to resolve it. Can you help me?
