Metamodel of CMMN in XML?

Hello.
I am currently researching CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation). Metamodel of CMMN is described in UML class diagrams. Does anyone know if these diagrams exist in any editable format, like XML maybe?

UML class diagrams are XML, and we use them to derive our own CMMN parser (ref).
