For our BPMN Methodology we typically use at least two lines for the name of a pool. That is already quite condensed in bpmn.io – and more lines are not even possible. Bug or missing feature? Or intended?
We do not want the label area in the participant adjustable. That is the feature.
Should we allow three lines to fit into the fixed area? I am not sure. Would be quite hard to read.
But maybe we can leave that decision to the user? Nobody is forced to write 3 lines. But we can also wait for additional feedback
