Issue in Properties Panel

Hi.I have integrated the properties panel in my bpmn app.Currently in my app,i am using custom-components,which are currently working fine.But right now when i am placing a default component on the canvas,having properties panel integrated,i got error in console stating that
element with id StartEvent_1w9nghd already exists I am attaching a screenshot of the issueproperties-panel-2

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated

It would be always very helpful if you can provide us more information / code about your problem, so we can help you in detail. It’s hard to determine where the error log is produced without having any code from you.
