Hello, at my company we are planning to use bpmn-js library to render and modify trees but I couldn’t find the documentation of it. Does anything like this exist?
Unfortunately, there is currently no dedicated documentation. Please find here some information about the current state.
What I can recommend is to take a look at the walkthrough and the examples to get a sense, how bpmn-js works.
