In bpmnViewer gateway graph is empty

when I import bpmnViewer modeler in my project ,the geteway graph inside is empty ,it should have a big X, but if I change to import bpmnModeler ,this geteway is normal why

That depends if your data is valid BPMN.
Without any example bpmn files, pictures or code examples to go by we cannot really help you identify the issue.
