How to check custom icon is clicked outside of custom component?

hello everyone, I want to call a function when I click on my custom icon, and I want to do this as shown below on the main screen, please help if anyone knows.

thanks for your answer but i want to have premission in outside of custom component for check when click on icon and send a request api after that

So you want to react to clicking on an existing context pad entry, not a custom one?
