You will have to create your custom BpmnRenderer to change rendered icons.
but I need it to do it in angular 8, how can I do the similar thing if it can. and it does not come out
Forget about Angular, what framework you use is irrelevant. Have a look at this example: https://github.com/bpmn-io/bpmn-js-example-custom-rendering
