How set element template during drag and drop

How set element template while drag and drop service task.

Adding image.

I am dragging task from left side and dropping it to editor. I want to set value of Bot Name in property panel to which I have dragged from left side. Like I have dragged ‘AddUserInWindowsAd’ so i want to set Bot Name value as ‘AddUserfromWindowsAd’

Are you aware of the existing APIs to start a create operation (Create#start)?
