I don’t know what to call this, but I know it exists, but I’m having trouble finding it.
I have already used several process modeling tools with BMPN language. But what I want to do is create a workflow that can be programmed to instantiate tasks.
For example: An order receipt flow. I would like to integrate my sales order system to the BPMN flow and demonstrate in the flow all instances of registered orders and in which stage of the flow each order is located. Allowing me to detect any bottlenecks in my process in real time.
Does anyone have any idea how I can achieve this result? I know this exists, but I’m having a hard time finding a tool. If you can at least indicate a path for me to research, it will be of great help.
