How can I disable the scroll / wheel zooming?

Is there a way to disable the scroll / wheel zooming at the viewer initialization?
I couldn’t find anything in the source code.

There is currently no way how you can disable it from the command line javascript.

Nope.
Sorry if it wasn’t clear, I meant: when instanciating a BPMNViewer.

Yea, that is what I ment ;-). Not possible at the moment.
