We use Bitbucket in our company. And it is a pain to compare BPMN diagrams when reviewing pull requests: it is very difficult to figure out the difference comparing XMLs. So we download both versions and compare them in modeler. Not very convenient. So I was wondering if there is a tool for visual comparison. I started to search and came across this page https://demo.bpmn.io/diff. That is exactly what I was looking for. And now I am wondering if you would be interested in developing the corresponding Bitbucket plugin to be able to visually compare BPMN diagrams during pull requests. If not I guess I am going to try to do it myself

I guess something like this is not on our roadmap. But feel free to try out yourself and ask for help if you have questions
