Feature - Annotations on toolbar

Hi,

On large diagrams I often want to add an annotation. Hence much like the connector tool, I would like annotations to be on the global toolbar.

You could, with some knowledge of JavaScript, replace the existing PaletteProvider with your own that accomplishes this.

I’m not sure this will land in the default distribution of bpmn-js.
