Can't download SVG image

Hi! Please help us convert BPMN to SVG file.
What we do:

  1. Download *.bpmn file (very big size) on https://bpmn.io/
  2. Click on “download as svg image” icon
  3. File doesn’t load (nothing happens - no errors, warnings, etc)
    Can’t share file for privacy reason.
    Any ideas?
