Bizagi to Camunda Export

I created a simple process in Bizagi Modeler and imported it t without issues to bpmn.io.
After change it in bpmn.io, I saved it and tried to load the exported file. I got this ERROR:

Some details on the diagram export would be helpful (give us some actual XML). The error message as such says nothing.
