Everything is in the title. I see two improvement suggestions to it:
- We should be able to resize by ourselves the Task dimensions
- Task should automatically resize in order to avoid text overflowing
Everything is in the title. I see two improvement suggestions to it:
Hi @Ivanho92,
I would turn this into this feature request: If the name increases over the borders of the box, open a tooltip: “Please think about a short, precise task name, or divide the task into a chain of tasks”.
Bigger boxes seem to be more important to the reader, which is not the case.
But, here is an example how to do it on your own: https://github.com/bpmn-io/bpmn-js-nyan, especially here: https://github.com/bpmn-io/bpmn-js-nyan/tree/master/lib/resize-all-rules.
Cheers, Ingo
This is not a bug. Tasks are not and will not be resizable in the future. See @Ingo_Richtsmeier 's comment.
Hello Phillip. May I know why ?
As @Ingo_Richtsmeier said, different sized would be associated with different levels of importance. Furthermore, it would make it harder to distinguish tasks from sub-processes.
