SAP best Practice BPMN 2.0 files edit

hi all

I am new to this forum hence might be this question was asked before and answered, so could you please be patient?

How could we edit SAP BPMN 2.0 files from Best Practice? I mean how could we use Pools as systems and Swim Lane diagrams as Security roles as it states in the following Sales Order Processing for Sales Kits (31Q): Process Diagrams ?

I have tried to use https://demo.bpmn.io/, but the lanes are only Horizontal and not Vertical.

Any ideas.

we don’t support the modelling of vertical pools. However, we are open for contributions.
