I would like to know if it’s possible to have the Palette as a one vertical line toolbar by default?

The palette automatically uses a two-column layout if the canvas height is less than 650 px which is not great to be honest. There’s already a ticket to improve this to be configurable or smart enough to figure out if all palette entries fit in one column.
