No access to Input/Output Variables in Camunda Modeler 0.34.0 (BPM 7.4)

I use the new camunda modeler 0.34.0 with camunda bpm 7.4 since yesterday. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to access input/output variables via properties panel.

Is there a new way to use it, to add variables in the modeler or is it just not implemented yet?

It is a missing feature in the bpmn-js-properties-panel we are going to work on in the next months.
