Thanks for reporting! I can also reproduce the error log on demo.bpmn.io. Like in another forum-topic you’ve opened before, it seems to be more likely creating a new sequence flow instead reconnecting an existing one.
However, this shouldn’t lead to such an error log. I would encourage you again, to open a bug-ticket on bpmn-js so we can handle it.
